Electrical Engineer
Overview
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment, including power generation and distribution systems, electronic control systems, and communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and equipment, including power generation and distribution systems, electronic control systems, and communication systems
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation, including specifications, drawings, and schematics
- Conduct research to determine the feasibility of proposed projects, and to identify and solve technical problems
- Test and evaluate electrical systems and equipment to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
- Collaborate with other professionals, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials, and methods in electrical engineering
- Ensure that projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage and supervise junior engineers and other staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Professional license to practice electrical engineering
- Proven experience as an electrical engineer, with a portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in electrical engineering software and other design tools
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
