As an architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design proposals and plans to clients
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients
• Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects and gather information on site conditions
• Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques
• Ensure that projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
• Manage and supervise junior architects and other staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
• Professional license to practice architecture
• Proven experience as an architect, with a portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
